What payment methods do you accept?


We accept Debit/Credit Cards (e.g. Visa and MasterCard, etc.) and PayPal on our website.




How can I track my shipment?


Our staff will be happy to provide you with a tracking number to track your parcel. Please contact us for your tracking number, and then track it on the https://www.dtdc.com/track.
We also use Fedex or UPS. It is recommended to get an update by contacting us as well!




What shipping provider do you use?


We use DHL, Fedex, and UPS.




How much will shipping cost?


Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout, based on the location for your shipment. To find out how much shipping will cost, please add the desired products to your cart and complete the checkout process.




Can I purchase from outside the US/Canada?


Yes, we are dropshipping our products all over. Made it easier to send gifts to your loved ones abroad!




Can I change my delivery address?


Your delivery information is sent to shipment company immediately after your payment is processed, so it's difficult to change this after your order has been placed. Please enter your address details carefully! If you do need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll let you know what we can help with.




What is your returns policy?


Define Instruments will accept product returns exchange up to 60 DAYS after the dispatch date, provided that the returned product(s) are unused, and in original condition - complete with original documents and packaging. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.




Which products can be returned?


Any item(s) purchased on our website are eligible for return, provided they are in new condition as detailed in our Returns Policy. We may not be able to accept returns of: Special orders Non-stock products Products that have been built or configured according to your specifications Distributor stock




Can I get a refund for my shipping costs?


We will refund your shipping costs if the product was received due to an error on our part only. For change-of-mind returns, and any other return reason that is not due to an error on our part, we do not refund shipping charges.
